    Thinking of changing my crank sets around to give me more clearance on my enduro.
    Six are 170mm and currently set up 10 speed on my training bike.
    SRAM 11 speed on my Enduro.
    Are they compatable?

    The BB won’t be.
    Fit a NW ring that does 11sp and it will work with the drive train.

    Could you clarify that an external bottom bracket and a bb30 require different types of cranks?

    Depends on your standard, most SRAM BB’s are not the same as shimano, but not sure on the BB30
