There is a program called 'Radio Downloader' which will download any BBC radio show as an MP3 file for you to listen to at your convenience. You can also subscribe to programmes which means that they download without you having to remember to go hunting for them.

I have just discovered i can have 6 music in the car.

sort of.

Ive got "Google Listen" app set up to download the latest tom robinsons "introducing" podcast, whenever im in range of open wifi (or my home of office connection

http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/trintro

the plan being, i can plug it into the aux socket, and listen in the car, without getting stung for data charges, or have to wait for it to buffer.

Brilliant!

the only problem ive found so far, is that MOST podcasts tend to cut the songs out, and just include the talking

(Tom Robinsons are all full length tracks according to the gumph)

BOOOO!!!!

any one know of any other music heavy podcasts worth a listen?

hope my new amazon ordered Aux cable comes in time for the long weekends mission up to the Gower
