Whenever I install a new piece of software, it doesn't bury parts of itself so far into the OS that you can never get rid of it. Just enter my (hotmail) email address and password and it acts as a mail client for hotmail in seconds. Used to faff with hotmail's and MS's own clients and got fed up years ago. The independent i use for repairs recommend taking it out and cleaning it first, and advise "giving it some welly regularly".
