It’s back. Following the success of the last 661 Mini DH races, Penshurst Off Road Centre is the next place for exciting new way to get into downhill mountain biking.
The format is similar to the Kona Bristol Bikefest but adjusted to the time of year. For the 2009 event there will be the 10 hour enduro on Saturday followed by the 5 hour event on the Sunday. As an extra for the newcomers to endurance racing there will be the 3 hour long ‘Novice’ Endurance event which will also run on Sunday.
The early arrival of this issue came as something of a surprise. A most welcome surprise though. Here’s what it looks like and what’s inside…
A brand new event will be hitting the Scottish Borders this year on 19th and 20th September. The event is set up in a spectator-friendly format and involves a sensational day of Slopestyle competition, culminating in a floodlit grand finale followed by a day of Enduro riding on the famous trails of Glentress.
In the heart of the 2010 range is the RC3 cartridge that provides the damping for the 888 (EVO), 66, 55, 44 & 4X models. The Italian made, open bath RC3 cartridge gives a wide and usable range of rebound and both high and low speed compression adjustment. The High and low compression is adjusted from just one dial.
