Getting ready for another day on the trails

Anne Caro’s Ibis Mojo HD3 was busy getting prepped in the Ibis booth for another day of practice. She’s independently sponsored by a number of brands and her bike and component choice reflects that with suspension dealt with by BOS, Sram drivetrain, Formula on stopping duties and wheels by Mavic.

Neat Garmin placement to keep the bars uncluttered.

She’s got an interesting approach to managing distractions during racing. Her Garmin is tucked away on the top tube almost out of sight under the shadow of the saddle.  Can you spot the MRP backplate behind those cranks? Anne Caro rides with the chainguide in her pack and only fits it if she thinks the stage demands it, otherwise keeping the drivetrain absolutely silent.

What Mark doesn’t know about social media isn’t worth knowing and his ability to balance “The Stack” is bested only by his agility on a snowboard. Graphs are what gets his engine revving, at least they would if his car wasn’t electric, and data is what you’ll find him poring over in the office. Mark enjoys good whisky, sci-fi and the latest Apple gadget, he is also the best boss in the world (Yes, he is paying me to write this).
