Alchemy Arktos – US-made carbon trail bike

by 0

Here’s the new bike from Denver, Colorado-based Alchemy Bicycles. The Arktos features a 150mm travel, full carbon frame with a suspension system designed by Dave Earle (designer of Yeti’s Switch system, among others) called ‘Sine Suspension’ and said to be an evolution of that system.

The bike features Boost wheel spacing front and rear and some very lovely, organic shapes to it all. The frame and shock price will be $3799 and you can see more details here: http://alchemybicycle.com/bikes/arktos-carbon-fiber-full-suspension

The price includes a two-tone paint job from any of Alchemy’s 12 paint colours. Geometry is set on this bike, so no custom frame options (unlike some of Alchemy’s other bikes)
