Down in the Vaults this morning, I came across these videos from everyone’s favourite French shredder, Fabian Barel, Ok so these videos may be old (he’s on a Mondraker rather than a Canyon – and those fashions – they’re SO 2012) – but the techniques shown by three-time World Champion Downhiller and Rather Swift Enduro-Type Chap Mr Barel will forever remain timeless…

I always turn to these when I need a refresher.
The cornering one is particularly well illustrated.
Although, I also like the one with Seb Kemp’s Laser Cock 🙂
