    I’d have thought the master bedroom would be better, with the on-suite to clean them in.

  11. Cheap oop North?? You can get a 3 bed house with garden and ORP for less than that here in the Forest of Dean! Mind you, we’re not as posh as that around here 😉

  13. 35 mins to manchester Victoria. 40 mins to leeds. train station 5 mins walk away. Shortly the direct connection through to Burnley, Blackburn, Preston will be opened up once the work (announced in the last budget) has been finished. 20 mins drive to the M62. 25 mins to M65. It’s pretty good really.
