Part 4 of the series, this time Ed is talking us through riding step ups. After filming the opening of the new Gisburn Forest Hub with Guy Martin in torrential rain, it was a pleasure to return and film on the hottest day of the day. Ed Oxley of great-rock.co.uk presents a series of 5 skills videos based at the new Skills Loop at Gisburn Forest. In the films we will cover basic tips and also more advanced moves. Having fun in the forest jumping the lumpy jumps. Set out to film all the best bits of the trails I have found in my 6 years of living in Southern Sweden, I think it turned out something like manic jumps for dads.

No riders were seriously hurt in any of these clips. Just a lot of bruised egos. Please like, share, and subscribe! I've been wanting to do this video for a while. This is a compilation of all the GoPro crash footage that I've got laying on my hard drive; all shot from 2010 when I got my first GoPro camera until the end of this year, 2012. 700 gigabytes of footage sifted through for this 6 minute compilation. Some of the clips are repeats from previous edits, some have never been on the internet. Footage includes 6 weeks of Whistler, a weekend in Mammoth, a handful of days at Northstar, a Jackson Hole trip, a Bellingham trip, and tons of clips from the here in the NorCal area. It's sort of in chronological order.
Thanks to everyone that sent in suggestions this week. If you’ve seen or made anything you reckon should be up here next time, the address is, as ever: firstname.lastname@example.org.
And remember: Keep feeling fascination, yeah?
