Four legs, two wheels – more in common than you might think…

The Exmoor Local Access Forum is looking for volunteers who have the passion, skills, knowledge and enthusiasm to help to improve public access to land in Exmoor National Park for open-air recreation and enjoyment.  Anyone interested in outdoor recreation or sport, wildlife conservation, cultural heritage, outdoor education, health and wellbeing, tourism, local business, or who is a landowner/manager could help the Forum make a difference to access and recreation on Exmoor.

The Forum would particularly welcome applications from young people, people with disabilities and people from ethnic minority backgrounds who have traditionally been under represented.

Exmoor Local Access Forum is an independent advisory body and its members are volunteers who offer their time and experience to advise a range of organisations on ways to improve access and open-air recreation for the benefit of all. Forum meetings are held twice a year and are open to the public. Basic travel allowances can be paid.

Further details and an application form are available on the Authority’s website.
