A new shop for 18 Bikes? Global domination imminent…
Six years of tripping over things and having to squeeze past boxes of stock just to get a bike in the workshop has got too much, so 18 Bikes Ltd. is relocating. This is purely a selfish move to give staff the luxury of a kitchen, larger workshop, hot water and even a toilet, but luckily customers will benefit from a better laid out shop, increased workshop capacity and not one, but two proper changing rooms!
The new shop is within spitting distance of the current shop, so they’re sticking in Hope, Peak District – classic road and mountain bike riding from the door and a fine choice of cakes from the local cafes. The perfect base for custom builds, demo bikes, framebuilding and all the clothes and accessories that 18 Bikes has become known for.
The current premises will be keeping with the cycling theme – Alive Adventures will be bringing an all new bike hire business to the valley, with decent hardtails from Genesis to borrow for the day.
The planned launch day is Friday 3rd August – get yourself down that weekend for the first chance to view the new shop, along with some never to be repeated offers and deals!
There might even be some flapjack too…
