Midweek Mini Movies

As you read this we’ll be off to the Cycle Show at the NEC in Birmingham to meet, greet and have a look around for anything we might have missed at this year’s Eurobike and Interbike shows. pop by and say hi if you’re going.  In the meantime there’s no need to worry, because while we may be topping up our strip-light tans we’ve still got a selection of clips that’ll help your lunchtime pass in a beautiful dream of dust clouds, kickers and berms…

First up: videographer Aaron LaRocque, rider Brendan Hower, photographer Mike Zinger and writer Scott Secco disappeared off the radar for 9 days to create a little riding masterpiece in a clearcut in the woods of BC with the help of Piers Zdan and Pelle Gustavs. Dusty, buff and fun….

It conjures up images of Vin Diesel driving his nitrous oxide equipped Japanese supercar around while fighting off the ladeez and earning respect – or maybe even someone ragging a Vauxhall Corsa with a big bore exhaust and primer painted bodykit around you town centre – but the one thing it’s never brought to mind is trike racing. This epic proves us wrong…
