Planned Site Downtime
As the title says, the site will be down for an hour or two from around 10pm tonight (11/11/09).
We need to do some server tweaking to get ready for the roll out of our next new section of the site that we’ve been busily working on for the last few months. When we switch things back on we’ll be rolling out the new features to limited batches of users over the next week or two.
Fingers crossed eh?

It will eventually be an option for everyone (Being deliberately vague in a teasing kind of way
) but we need to make sure we can control any rush and cope with it here in the office. So we are rolling it out gently and slowly at first..

Hora’s gone? When he left Chocolatefoot, that site died on its arse. Multiple hackings didn’t help either, but still – the departure of The Great Poseur might be the death knell…
Ooh interesting, I’m sure I was told some of the planned stuff ages back but once again it’s lost into the void of my mind that is swamped by such things as the lyrics to Peppa Pig.
Hora has left here more than once.

It’s something completely new. Everyone will still be able to use everything on the site that they’ve always been able to use completely free.
Why 10pm? That’s when all the good fightin’ starts…Why not do it tomorrow morning?

It’s not just for subscribers of the mag but yes, it will be a benefit to subscribers and for some existing subscribers it will be free

What features? As a premium subscriber (knew it would come in handy) I demand to be told what is staring me in the face but am unable to grasp because of it’s awesomeness!
Anything to do with subscription lite, but no other subscription model, visible to me anyway, despite my renewal being due.
I want a posh subscription renewal, none of this “lite” nonsense!
